As a result of the time and effort that more than 150 members of Bishop Ranch Community Working Group, we have recently submitted a unique and special plan to the City of Goleta. 

At our last visit in January, members of the Community Working group celebrated our collective accomplishment of achieving a Collaborative Vision.  This vision was the result of thoughts, concerns, suggestions, and fresh ideas you and other group members presented during our eight community meetings last fall.
